Timeline
The Beginning
From young age of 8 years he was fascinated by computers.
The Discovery
As 8 years being fascinated by nature I wanted to create digital library of animal photos. I was thinking I need to have soldering skills to program apps. But one evening changed my mind, my cousin showed me Visual Basic and how simple is to code, just text fields and you write code and computers listen to you!
College Beginnings
Then in college we started with Pascal, because these times it was probably only one programming language our teacher knew! I became increasingly familiar with computers and fascinated at the same time. I was the guy who had first dvd-rw mechanics in our neighbourhood, don't ask for more!
First Real Project
In our city one guy opened disco club and asked me if I am able to create website for him. I said 'yes' even when I had no idea what to do. On the way I started to learn how to. In week I had prototype in html + css. This website works well and he asked me to create on contact page form where user can write comments. After week or two this section exploded, because too much people wrote there negative comments, so owner asked me to filter out some words, so I learned regular expressions to match words and filter out comments. In this time I became familiar with php, raw php.
University Life
As times goes I went to FIIT STU (according to multiple sources best university in Slovakia). As times goes I learned there unix (bash). I am proud to say: I had teacher Branislav Steinmuller. He was hard, like computer and too much people didn't pass because his strict rules. He was like a computer, but I passed.
Framework Exploration
In my free time I was programming html, css, php websites, mostly in Yii framework, then nette and laravel.
Entrepreneurship
I've met there classmates and we together opened company and of course we need eshop: here I became friend with Prestashop.
JavaScript Journey
We've sold this company and I started to think what to do. During these times I became increasingly friendly with Javascript - I was building my own components and structure them together so my apps looks better and works better!
Silicon Valley Tour
My childish dream became true! I was in California and I saw face to face giants like Facebook, Google, Tesla Factory and of course SpaceX - here I was standing 10 minutes just watching.
React Revolution
I found new framework developed by Facebook, it was called react and I was mind blown how cool is it.
Node.js Love
I was making websites frontends using react and I need backend, so I've met node.js, and it was love at first sight.
